The Polaris Flex system provide the most economical, efficient design for any heat transfer application. The system features several plate sizes for each connection size, and plates are pressed in the patterns best suited for the application. This variety of plate configuration makes all the difference. Combining the correct plate geometry, patterns and connections, the Flex enables Polaris to customize ideal designs for chemical, mining, pulp and paper, power generation, petro-chemical and metal processing applications. Multi-pass requirements are often eliminated allowing all connections to be placed in the front of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger can be opened and closed for maintenance, repair or expansion without distrubing the piping.
